Refurbishment

Brandclad has established a dedicated special works/refurbishment department, this has been created to enable a separate focus to be given to general works that do not come into the category of new-build works and this department deals with small repairs of a few hundred pounds in value up to major refurbishment of roofs and cladding of large buildings.

As well as undertaking refurbishment works of old metal sheeted roofs and cladding usually found on steel framed buildings, Brandclad is familiar with all the standard forms of pre-cast concrete framed buildings such as Atcost, Tyler, Charcon, Crendon and the like, which are typically roofed in asbestos cement sheeting and we are almost constantly carrying out large and small repairs and refurbishment programmes on these types of structures.
